Cancellation Policy

To ensure fairness and maintain an organized schedule, we apply the following cancellation terms:

·       No charge for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.

·       Late cancellations (less than 48 hours): A 50% fee of the session cost will be charged.

·       No-show: The full amount (100%) will be charged.

If the client or an authorized adult is not present at the scheduled address at the agreed time, the caregiver will wait up to 30 minutes. After that period, if access is not possible and no communication has been established, the session will be considered a no-show, and 100% of the session fee will be charged. If a delay is expected, we ask that you notify us as early as possible to make arrangements.

·       Safety: Maison Maman reserves the right to refuse service if the doula’s safety appears compromised or if hosting conditions cause a health concern. 100% of the fees would be charged

·       Workshops and events: Specific cancellation terms will be shared upon registration.
