Refund Policy

Our philosophy

At Maison Maman, we are committed to providing kind and professional care. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our practitioners.

Refunds available

  • Services cancelled at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.

  • Deposits for packages or series of sessions are refundable up to 7 days before the first session, minus a 10% administrative fee.

  • Services already delivered are non-refundable, unless a clear error or major dissatisfaction is reported within 48 hours of the service.

  • Workshops or special events are refundable up to 72 hours before the event. No refunds are granted after that, except in cases of force majeure.

  • For prepaid packages, any unused hours will be refunded at 100% if the missed hours are due to a documented scheduling conflict or Maison Maman's inability to provide the service at the agreed time. If hours are unused for customer personal reasons, a 50% refund on the remaining hours may be granted, at the discretion of Maison Maman. Refund requests must be submitted before the package expiry date (90 days after the first session, unless otherwise stated).

  • If a service begins but is cut short at the client’s request, the session is considered fully delivered, and no refund or credit will be issued, unless otherwise agreed in advance or under exceptional circumstances.

  • If a service begins but is cut short at our practitioner’s request, for non-health and safety related circumstances, the session is considered undelivered, and will be rescheduled, no refund or credit will be issued, unless otherwise agreed in advance or under exceptional circumstances.

Maison Maman reserves the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
