Welcome to Maison Maman, a Quebec-based business offering perinatal support services, postnatal care, educational workshops, and in-home presence. These terms govern the use of our services and platforms.

Services offered

Maison Maman provides:

  • Postnatal support (night presence, parental assistance)

  • Educational workshops and group sessions

  • Informational content and family resources

  • Emotional and practical support (non-medical)

  • Postnatal massage (non-medical, not reimbursed by the provincial health system RAMQ)

🛑 We do not offer medical services. None of our support replaces professional medical or psychological advice. If you have concerns, you should consult a licensed healthcare provider.

Terms & Conditions

Booking and Cancellation Policy

  • Services are available by advance reservation.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a session may incur a fee, unless due to medical reasons or force majeure.

  • Missed appointments without notice may be charged in full.

  • Special conditions may apply to specific packages or workshops (outlined at the time of registration).

Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD), applicable taxes not included.

  • Payment is required according to the terms agreed upon (e.g. deposit, per session, or subscription).

  • Maison Maman reserves the right to update pricing with reasonable prior notice.

Liability

  • Maison Maman is committed to offering safe, compassionate, and professional services.

  • However, we are not liable for any outcome resulting from misuse or misapplication of our advice.

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the concerned service, except in cases of gross negligence.

  • Postnatal massages are intended for relaxation and wellness only. It is not a substitute for medical care, physiotherapy, or any other clinical treatment.
    You must inform the practitioner beforehand of any relevant medical conditions (including complications during pregnancy or postpartum, surgeries, infections, or injuries) and take full responsibility for choosing whether this service is appropriate for you.

Privacy

Your personal information is collected and handled with care and confidentiality, in compliance with Quebec’s Law 25 and the Canadian PIPEDA.

No personal data is shared without your consent unless required by law.

Intellectual Property

All content (images, text, workshop materials, videos) is the exclusive property of Maison Maman. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify this content without written permission.

Changes to Terms

Maison Maman may update these terms at any time. Updates will take effect once published on our website or communicated to you directly.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec. Any disputes will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec.
